On May 1st 2007 I was in Berlin in Warschauerstrasse where I filmed from above the road bridge a group of skaters kids that kept jumping over a brick wall they had previously built: it was a ritual and constant challenge that marked the passing of time and stretched it until it seemed to me that slowly they were disappearing into history.
Il primo maggio 2007 ero a Berlino, nella Warschauerstrasse, dove ho filmato dall’alto di un ponte un gruppo di skaters che saltavano oltre un muro di mattoni che avevavo precedentemento costruito. Era una sfida costante e continua, che segnava il passare del tempo, allungandolo fino a sembrarmi che lentamente stessero scomparendo nella storia.
