We do the same profession, working as curators, but we belong to different generations. We have worked together for a long time. Once we wanted try a writing by four hands. But the result it has been unsatisfactory, or even a failure. We have very different approaches and ways, and different intellectual urgency.
At the end, Elisa, searching for a writing that could give a form to our confrontation, asked to Gabriele to make him some questions, without any discoursive intention.
Gabriele accepted, at the condition to pose as well some questions to her. We sent them to eachother, in the same time.
Nobody of us knew the questions of the other during their elaboration.
We descover, here, on the occasion of the opening of The Wall#3, the respective responses.

Svolgiamo la stessa professione di curatori ma siamo di diversa generazione. Abbiamo lavorato insieme per diverso tempo. A un certo punto abbiamo voluto provare una scrittura a quattro mani. Il risultato però è stato insoddisfacente, se non fallimentare. Abbiamo approcci, modi e urgenze intellettuali molto differenti.
Alla fine io, Elisa, alla ricerca di una scrittura che desse forma al nostro confronto, ho chiesto a Gabriele di porgli alcune domande, senza alcun intento discorsivo.
Io, Gabriele, ho accettato alla condizione di porre a lei, Elisa, a mia volta delle domande. Ce le siamo inviate in contemporanea.
Nessuno dei due conosceva le domande dell’altro quando ha elaborato le proprie.
